Julius “Jay” Lawton

General Manager

Julius “Jay” Lawton is the firm’s General Manager, having oversight of program and project management, budget oversight, and operations.

Having over 44 years of experience and 26 years in Construction and Facility Management with the US Department of Defense, Jay is highly respected in the coordination and supervision of project development, and known for his acute understanding of client needs.

He is a graduate of South Carolina State University in Orangeburg, SC, with a Bachelor of Science degree, and holds three post graduate degrees from the U.S. Army War College, DeKalb College, and a Master of Public Administration from Shippensburg University.
